Audio Alchemists is proud to partner with homeschool charters to bring music education to all students.
Getting started
Contact us to register.
You must first register for lessons by contacting Audio Alchemists. When registering, we will discuss which lessons are best for your child, rates, and scheduling.
Place an order via your charter school.
Charters require that you are approved for funds before services begin. Please place an order for the services through your charter school. Your HST and school staff can assist you.
Start lessons when we receive a purchase order.
Once you are approved for funds by your charter school, they will send a purchase order for the services and lessons can begin!
Charter School FAQs
Q: Do charter school students get a discount?
A: Yes. Charter School students will receive $10 off the hourly rate. Please reference the programs tab for more pricing information.
Q: Are lessons paid for once the purchase order is sent?
A: No. Once we receive the purchase order from your charter school, we will credit your account with the notation that it is unpaid. Once we receive full payment, the account will be marked paid.
Q: I know my charter school is going to approve the lessons. Why can’t my child start lessons before the purchase order is sent?
A: While we would love to start lessons with your child now, we don’t want to risk you having to pay out of pocket if your school experiences any issues with approving funds in a timely manner. For any lessons taken prior to charter fund approval, financial responsibility falls on the family.
Q: What if I leave my charter school prior to the end of my lessons?
A: Upon leaving your charter, the school will cancel payment for remaining lessons. You will be financially responsible for the remainder of lessons your child takes.
Q: Are all lessons non-sectarian?
A: Yes, all of our programs are completely non-sectarian/non-religious.
